Murph is for Everyone
Whether it’s your first time or your fiftieth, Murph is designed to meet you where you are. This isn’t about doing it “Rx”—it’s about showing up, pushing yourself, and being part of something bigger.
We’ll have multiple versions of the workout so every athlete can participate confidently:
- Full Murph (Rx or Partitioned): For those ready to take on the full challenge
- Half Murph: A great option for newer athletes or those building capacity
- Scaled Versions: Modified reps, movements, or assistance bands to match your level
- Run Options: Run, jog, or substitute with a bike/row
Bring a Friend Option 🤝
Murph is even better together. Grab a partner and split the work in a way that keeps you both moving, supported, and strong from start to finish.
No matter the version, the goal is the same: show up, move with purpose, and be part of a powerful community experience.
