Eli Muñoz

I have much to be grateful for. One of those things is finding my way to Livingstone just after covid. Here, I found a community that encourages, and pushes, each other to conquer a challenge and then find new challenges to conquer. From new PRs, to my first 5k, my first time getting 200+ pounds overhead. my first rope climb, first muscle up, first in-house competition, first local competition, first state wide competition, I’m more athletic in my mid-40s than I’ve ever been before.

The fruits of that show in many ways as a father of 3 young, very active kids. The opportunity to share with others what I’ve gained here at Livingstone brings me joy. I’ve always loved teaching and I’ve never had more fun than doing it as a coach!
